How do i give a good speech?

im 17 and really scared to give a talk in church. i need to speak about gods love and how i know heavenly father loves me as well as everyone else. does anyone know any good scriptures from the bible or the book of mormon i could use or any personal knowledge you have gained about gods love? also how do i talkwith out shaking and stuttering. honestly i feel like i could faint up there on stage.
