Is it okay to leave furmenting alcohol outside?

I've been trying to make alcohol lately, and i was wondering if its okay to leave it outside while it ferments, its in the middle of the summer here so its gets into the about 80's and at night it gets to about the 60's.

The job i want to be you have to testify in court but i stutter a lot. What can i do to not sound stupid?

What should I do with my Akita pup?

I have 2 Akitas. 10 year old Male Akita, with a dominant personality and a 5 year old Female Akita with a very passive personality that was a champion in my country. I adopted the female Akita during her heat. I was told to wait for her to bleed and then separate her from the male. It turns out, that the same day I introduce her to my family, my 10 year old dog mated with her. Currently, I am have 5 pups that I am giving for adoption (I am not a backyard breeder, an I don't care to make money of the pups). I call the representatives of AKC in my country to help me find proper homes for the dogs. They are currently 3 month old, and the people at AKC had to see them before recommending them. When they saw them they went crazy. They almost told me I was stupid to not keep one of them. There are two pups that they told me to please let them show them in the following tournament, because they will surely win. I explained to them that I already have 2 Akitas, and a third dog would be mayhem. They told me that my old dog would not be a problem, because he is REALLY old and Akita develop strong personalities around 2 years old. The dog they want me to keep is a pup that has beautiful coat, that looks like a pajama, but kind of crazy personality (looks very dominant). The other dog is a girl that has a personality in between. The people told me that they would prefer to have two male dogs, one old and one really young. They would not advice me to have two young female dogs, that their fights are the worst. I really do not know what to do! What would you do?

I am trying to identify an unknown bacterium, I know that I have Staphylococcus but the results for the sucrose fermentation tube was strange. It was yellow (indicating the ability to ferment sucrose) BUT the durham tube inside was bright red. There was no gas bubble. What does this mean?

Does my cat miss her brother?

I didnt cycle my fish tank?

Its great they they are in a 10 gallon with a filter instead of a bowl. With betta's, you should not have to feed them much, maybe once a day to every other day. Feeding less will help keep the bioload down until your tank is cycled. If you want you can test for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates to see how your cycle is coming along. However your best bet is to just do small frequent water changes. 1 gallon water changes twice a week, maybe even 2 gallon water changes once a week until you know how the cycle is coming along. Bettas dont have a very big bioload in the first place so just make sure you dont overfeed and your bettas will be very happy and healthy. If your bettas start to flare up at each other through the divider you may want to consider exchanging one of the males for a female.

I just mixed water sugar yeast and Clementine juice how ling will it take to ferment ?

I did the same thing ( juice, water, sugar, yeast) and put it into a 2 L pop bottle and put a balloon over top. The balloon filled up and then went back down in roughly 2-3 days, which meant that the fermentation process was over. However I found that this process made more of a wine that had about a 10% alcohol content, because I only let it sit for a few days after the fermentation process was done. The longer you let it sit, after the fermentation is done, the more alcohol it will have, so you could drink it in 2-3 days, or you could wait weeks, months, or even years ( like a lot of the actual alcohol companies do) and have better alcohol (Y).

Is it possible that my dog is mistaking me for my identical twin?

While I'm on deployment, my best friend back home is babysitting my dog for me. He's about 11 1/2 months old now. I knew it would be sort of rough on the dog but after this deployment, I'll get him back and no more deployments for me. So question being, my twin brother stops in about every other weekend or so and my buddy says my dog just cries and cries and begs for my brothers attention. Then after he leaves, my dog will continue to cry for the next day or so. He also is having problems being in the crate. Won't stop whining but he was never like that with me. (I adopted him when he was roughly 8/9 weeks old and had him up until early May) Is it possible he's confusing him for me? I thought dogs recognized humans by smell? My buddy also has a dog and will separating them for a few months after 8 months affect both dogs? That will only be temporary after my return cause I don't have service time left. Tank water is got filthy over night?

Ok so I have a 37 gal which is currently home to three baby lionheads, one pearlscale, three plecos, one bamboo shrimp, and about three mystery snails. My dad got me two new fish just a couple days ago (one lionhead and the pearlscale) and before they were there, I had two baby koi in the tank but they harassed the pearlscale so I have them in a separate tank while I am fixing the pond outside. I know that goldfish tend to be a messy breed, but I hadn't had any problems before, especially considering the fact that before these two new arrivals came I had three goldfish and two koi in there... (I have a butterfly goldfish quarantined for ick...) I have had the tank set up for a while now. Maybe two months? And all the decor and gravel used in this tank was used in my previous tank (accidentally broke while trying to move it) so I know the decor and gravel isn't to blame. I'm not overfeeding as I only feed them flakes once a day and a piece of sundried seeweed before the lights are turned off. I would try cutting back on the amount of fish in the tank but as of now, all my other tanks are being used. The cloudiness is milky white in color. I have three different plants in the tank as well as a bubble wall and two bubble dragon decors. So I know lack of oxygen isn't the cause. Any one have any suggestions? I checked the tank and no one has mysteriously died and I had just siphoned the gravel and did a 30% water change the other day.

Okay so I'll try and put this in short...My sister's boyfriend is really peeing me off and I wondered if it wasn't just me. Recently, me and my bf have been cohabiting with them which is getting along fine...except with him. I think there a lot of ways to learn how to overcome your problem. Perhaps you should see a speech therapist and see what they recommend.. it might simply be related to anxiety or maybe you have to strengthen something through repetition. I do think it would put you at a disadvantage in most cases.. in my experience, if you're able to speak well.. as when conducting an interview properly for example, it's generally just as or more important than grades. but I think it's definitely treatable.. so definitely look into speech therapy. Sometimes it could be really simple.. something like stress could cause that.. that sucks that you have that reputation now, must not feel too good.. but try not to let it upset you too much.. be confident.

I had 2 parakeets that I believe were male and female. One recently died, the female. The next day we got a?

new bird. We put her in a cage next to his for a day. The next day we put them in the same cage together. They seemed ok at first, but then the male started pecking at the new bird. He'd leave her alone for a while. But then it seemed like anytime he wanted to get past her, he would peck at her. She would then fly down to the bottom of the cage, and then immediately fly back up to the top perch. She didnt seem afraid at all. I watched them for hours and there would be periods that they would sit next to each other and fall asleep. Then they would wake up and the whole thing would start over again with him pecking at her, her flying to the bottom and then eventually flying back up to the top perch next to him again. Also, whenever the new bird would try to do anything, drink, eat, play with the toy, he would try and stop her. Also it seemed like throughout the day they were doing an awful lot of preening, way more than I've ever seen. And they were sleeping a lot as well. I let them sleep in the same cage together, but the next day it was the same thing all over. I didnt want to subject the new bird to this behavior so I separated them again. I left the new bird in the cage they were in together so she could become comfortable with her new surroundings. I put our old bird in a different cage and in a different room. The new bird is now eating and drinking freely, playing with the toys and becoming comfortable. I've had birds for the last 23 years and I've never seen this behavior before. I mean I've definitely seem them peck at each in more of a playfull way, but never like this. So at this point, I'm not sure if I should keep them separate, or put them back in together and hope they start to get along?

Spotting between periods? (tubes tied)?

My monthly cycle ended approx 10 days ago, it was a normal, 6 day on time cycle. 4 separate and non consecutive days I have had issues with spotting, it will last maybe an hour and then nothing again. People always say that they have difficulty with understanding with what I say, and it really frustrates me. I can't ever speak my DDA for speech team properly because I can't enunciate properly, but my coaches say my acting is perfectly fine. I always stutter and I always have since 8th grade. I had mouth surgery, but my parents said no to speech therapy because they claimed they didn't know any speech therapists even though we have TONS of them in our area. Roommate smells so bad?

I was talking to someone the other day and I'm fully aware that there are co-ed dorms at many colleges (I'm currently at community college) but someone was telling me that there's co-ed bathrooms at their college! Like toilet, sinks, showers type of bathrooms...was this for real? I'm no prude but that honestly seems like it's just asking for bad things to happen...like guys setting up hidden cameras in the shower, peeping on people, attacking the lone girl in the shower late at night, etc. and it also seems like it would be illegal (plus it would just be annoying because you wouldn't be able to wander around half naked like in a locker room while getting dressed). Most public restrooms are separated by sex. So, does this really exist? I've actually heard about this a few times before and I don't really believe its real. Actually, mold is not that great a problem. Just skim it off. Next time, use potassium or sodium metabisulfite (Campden tablets) to kill off any microorganisms in the juice, a day before you inoculate with your cider yeast. And be very careful about sanitation. You can re-contaminate the juice very easily. BTW, I hope you didn't try to use bakers' yeast.

First of all you need to change mechanic because the one you have now is a parts changer...the one thing you need is to do a process of elimination. An engine needs 3 basic things to run. Air, fuel, and spark. Air is all around us so what's left is spark and fuel. If you have an automatic transmission you can do what you can do what is known as power brake. Put your car in drive and firmly apply the brake with the parking brake on accelerate the car to about 1500 to 1600 rpm and see if you feel the jerking. Only do this sorry about 5 to 10 seconds at a time. What needs to happen is you need to figure out if the problem is fuel or spark...the biggest problem is usually someone has installed the wrong spark plugs in the engine. If you don't have the factory sparkplugs and not some B.s spark plug that some of these mechanic like to use...I can almost guarantee that's the problem. If the correct spark plugs are being used then you must figure out what cylinder is causing the problem...it could be a bad spark or a bad fuel injector. Make sure you find out what cylinder is causing the problem. And the narrow it down from there...good luck but what has happened over the years most of these mechanics have depended on a computer to tell them what's wrong with the car that when it comes time to do some old fashion diagnosis most mechanic have for gotten how to do it...I hope this was helpful

Making my own hydrolyzed vegetable (soy) protein?

I can't have alcohol, wheat, or anything that has been fermented with fungus. So, most soy sauce is out of the question. I came across some hydrolyzed soy protein, though, and I was wondering if I can make my own. The problem is that I need to boil the soy beans in hydrochloric acid, and I haven't been able to find any for sell. Would Betaine HCL work? What about Glucosamine Hydrochloride? Panic Attacks Again (unusual behavior)?

Ok so ive suffered from Panic Disorder for a very long time...i believe initally this started because of an emense amount of school bullying in high school,that has affected me for the rest of my life.Then as i was in my teens i used a fair bit of meth and got so many panic attacks it was wayyy to over whelming.To the point where every time i came down of meth I would have a crazy panic attack where i wanted to run run run away from the situation i was in at the time and would do anything to escape.After i quit using meth for obvious reasons.I would still for a couple of years get panic attacks for no apparent reason,say if something was overwhelming (mind you this can be a Happy event) I even missed my daughters birthday because of a panic attack i was so excited but worried i wouldnt host her party properly and thought suddenly i wasnt good enough.I still to this day hate myself for that and think what a bad mother i was even though realistically i am an amazing mother. Anyway just recently i had a heavy night of drinking and had my best friend and her partner look after my children at our house overnight.When i arrived home i wasnt too bad but as soon as i walked into the dooor I started to get paranoid and thinking that they were looking wierd at me like there was something wrong with me.I started to avoid the babysitters and pray that they would go home soon and leave.I can deal with a panic attack on my own with my kids but to have ppl around freaks me out,i needed to clear my head alone.So i kept going outside for a smoke and a full blown attack started.Mind you my friend who babysat is my bestest friend in the whole world but i was sooo paranoid about who know what?? Wireless router connection?

I work in a small office. We have three desktops and one laptop. We currently have a DSL modem from AT&T and a wireless router. The modem is hooked up to one desktop and the router is in a separate room because it has to reach downstairs. We just bought a new router from Cisco, and it would only work if we had it connected to the PC that is connected to the modem. I want to have the router in the room where the old router was. Why won't the router work when it isn't connected to the PC that is connected to the modem? Does a wireless router have to be connected to a PC? Ive been letting about half gallon of juice ferment for about a week, trying to make some homemade alcohol. I have Aspergers and my social skills are pretty bad. I have trouble making eye contact. I force myself though but it's like I twitch or something but my eyes look the other way. I also stutter sometimes and my vocab is not that great. Like there are so many words out there and if someone uses that word that I don't know, I feel dumb that I don't know what that word means. I'm also most of the time not good at telling real life stories without forgetting the point of the discussion. I'm horrible at getting someone's attention too. Ok, so I have known this guy for 5 years. We've been best friends since grade 8, and are now graduating from grade 12. This last year we've become extremely close, and have told each other things we haven't told anyone else. He always hugs me, and once after I helped talk him through some hard stuff, he said "I love you...." then stuttered really quickly "...as a sister" and then blushed bright red . He's had quite a few casual girlfriends in the past, and one serious one (2 years), but he's been single for almost a year and a half now. So I don't know if I'm just reading the signals wrong, and maybe hes not attracted to me, but he told me he used to like me in Junior High. I have a real tendency to second guess myself, and I figured if he liked me he'd just come out and say it. I don't know anymore. I started taking Topamax and I noticed a lot of side effects. I sometimes stutter when I talk and that wasn't on the list of side effects. At the correct temperature and moisture levels, yeast replicates in the dough and its waste products (alcohol and CO2) make the dough rise. After a certain point, the yeast exhausts itself (either no more sugar or it 'chokes' on it's own waste products) and you have leavened dough for baking bread.
